Paradise is an award-winning Chicago-based production company that works with ad agencies and direct-to-client teams to create and edit unique custom content.

With over 15 years of production and editorial experience and some Cannes Lions (15 or so, but who’s counting), Webbies, Pencils, One shows, etc. as welll as other hardware backing us up. We bring an eye for the human and a streamlined, unfussy approach to creating. We always to find the human emotion in the stories we tell, and get to the heart of making audiences care. We are a minority-owned business that is committed to representation, diversity and a socially conscious ethic, both onscreen and behind-the-scenes in our productions.

    ZAPATA is a director and editor with 15 years of experience working with major ad agencies and brands. He believes in authenticity, in diversity, in freedom of movement on set, in working with animals and children at the same time, and is always chasing the sun for first and last light.

    Dianne is a freelance editor in Chicago's advertising and local film scene. Whatever the project, Dianne approaches each edit with gratitude and a tenacity to make it the best story it can be, as well as a deep passion for labeling clips and bins different colors. When she’s not editing, she is usually riding her bike around Chicago in search of the best coffee and pastries in the city.

    Tracy is Paradise’s Executive Producer, and joined the team after 15+ years of working on the agency side at Element79 and mcgarrybowen. She believes in efficient and organized sets without stress---the secret to her zen mindstate is listening to wind chimes while she works.
